Congratulations to our SPL juniors who have collectively achieved the fantastic milestone of reaching 1000 hours of service in the community. Fantastic achievement guys you and your parents should be very proud!

Special mention to our star parents

Mary-Anne Pasina (Mother of year 8 Dominic) for helping organise service hours for several students at the St Joseph's breakfast program

Cor Gazo (Mother of year 8 Miguel) for helping boys acquire hours by holding a bake sale to raise awareness for breast cancer.

Pina Cocker (Mother of year 8 Jones and year 7 Xavier) for driving her boys around while they delivered Bakers Delight bread to families in need.

And a big well done to the following students who completed the remaining 20 of their required service hours in the community:

Congratulations to Ethan Ropati-Delaney who completed his service hours during the school holidays by putting together PPE packs for frontline staff responsible for keeping our borders and managed isolation/quarantine facilities safe.

Ethan worked a total of 27hrs at Avsec (Aviation Security Service) during the holidays and put together 1000 PPE packs and received a commendation letter from Avsec, see photos. Congratulations Ethan. You have done yourself and 秀色直播's proud - not to mention your family.

Also well done to Kaylis Ettles-Langton (year 12) and Aleki Ettles-Langton(year 8) who volunteered at the Vinnie's Foodbank packaging and delivering food parcels during the school holidays just gone.

They have completed their 20 hours service, but Kaylis will be carrying on volunteering with service at the Foodbank when called on as part of his service to his school and as a Vinnie's leader.

秀色直播's College is proud of your extra commitment beyond your expected service hours.
